Prior roles include Digital Producer at Lansing State Journal and USA TODAY, overseeing social media and content for numerous newspapers. With extensive experience as a Digital Sports Reporter and Producer, Phil has worked at various publications, delivering online content, organizing newsletters, and enhancing digital presence. Phil's early career included positions as Sports Editor and correspondent, alongside a solid educational background in Journalism and Secondary Education from Ball State University.
