Irene Herman

Irene Herman is an accomplished insurance executive and dedicated leader in the sports community. Since March 1998, Irene has served as the President and CEO of Riskguard Insurance Solutions, Inc., a company specializing in all lines of insurance, including hard-to-place risks, after founding Irene Herman Insurance. In addition to her corporate role, Irene has been actively involved with USA Track & Field since June 1984, currently holding the position of Vice-President of the Pacific Association and serving as the Membership Chair Volunteer for an organization with over 7,300 members. Irene's leadership contributions include a two-year presidency of the Pacific Association USATF from June 2017 to May 2019 and a past role as Chair of the Diversity and Leadership committee, focusing on enhancing diversity and inclusion within the organization. Irene earned a Master's degree in Physical Education from San José State University between 1969 and 1972.
