Radious Guess

Radious Guess is a seasoned leader and advocate for equity and inclusion with extensive experience spanning several organizations. As the Founder and CEO of EPU Consultants, LLC since 1995, Radious has focused on leadership development and community engagement through various workshops. Radious serves as the Diversity & Inclusion Committee Chair for USA Track & Field and has held prominent roles including Race Equity & Inclusion Director for the City of St. Louis Park, Director of Equity & Inclusion at Intermediate District 287, and Equity & Inclusion Manager at Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board. Previous positions also include Student Engagement Coordinator at Bloomington Public Schools and Engagement Coordinator at African Immigrant Services. Radious holds a Master’s Degree in Adult Education and Human Resource Development from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism from Jackson State University.
