Shontee Bryant's work experience includes a role as the Associate Director of Outreach and Grassroots Programs at USA Track & Field starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) as the Assistant Athletic Director from 2013 to 2023, where they developed and implemented athletic programs and ensured compliance with regulations. From 2008 to 2013, Shontee was the Athletic Program Manager at the Ansin Sports Complex in the City of Miramar, Florida. In this role, they managed and supervised the complex and planned various programs for public use. Before that, they worked as a Paralegal in Regulatory Affairs at CTIA from 2004 to 2008, performing legal research and supporting insurance licensing functions. Shontee also worked as a Paralegal Assistant in Regulatory and Arbitration Dispute Settlements at the Bureau of National Affairs (BNA) from 2001 to 2003, where they assisted with court filings, conducted research, and prepared legal documents.
Shontee Bryant earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in American/U.S. Law/Legal Studies/Jurisprudence from Seton Hall University, completed from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology and English from the same institution, completing their studies from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they have obtained two additional certifications. Shontee became a Certified Professional, Life and Christian Coach from The Breakthrough Academy in February 2020. In November 2020, they obtained the certification for First Aid, CPR & AED from the American Red Cross.
