USA Triathlon
Lara Campen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lara began their career as a Fitness Instructor at Covenant Health in April 2003. Lara later became a Triathlon Coach at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society from November 2007 to May 2012. In April 2017, Lara worked as a Certified Water Safety Instructor at the American Red Cross until April 2019. More recently, Lara has been involved in the health and wellness industry. In July 2020, they became a Certified Nutrition Coach at Precision Nutrition. Additionally, they are a USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach since October 2020 and a Certified Personal Trainer since the same month.
Lara Campen earned a Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 1990 to 1992. Lara later pursued a Master's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy at the same university, completing it from 1994 to 1995.
