Nicolle Payne

Nicolle Payne is an experienced coach and mentor with a strong background in water polo and compliance. Currently serving as a coach for the Olympic Development Program at USA Water Polo, Nicolle specializes in goalkeeper coaching for youth and national teams. Nicolle co-owned Teammates 4 Lyfe, providing motivational speaking for clients such as Genentech and Stanford Hospital, while mentoring local youth athletes. Previous roles include Regional Sales Manager at JOLYN, where business development and territory management were key responsibilities, and Senior Compliance Analyst at both RS Investments and Maxim Group, focusing on regulatory compliance and ethics training. Nicolle's athletic achievements include being a two-time Olympic medalist in water polo and serving as an assistant coach at UCLA, contributing to four NCAA Division I championships. Nicolle holds a BS in Biology from UCLA and certifications in nutrition and yoga teacher training.
