Todd Clapper is an accomplished water polo coach with extensive experience in developing and leading teams at various levels. Currently serving as the Head Coach for the Boys' Olympic Development Program - Mountain Zone with USA Water Polo since September 2021, Todd also coaches at Topaz Water Polo. Previously, Todd was the Head Coach of ASU Athletics' water polo program for 17 seasons, achieving a 285-180 record and guiding teams to three NCAA Championships, including one NCAA Final Four. As Director and Founder of Sun Devil Water Polo, Todd established a non-profit organization to promote the sport in the Phoenix Valley. Todd's coaching career includes international experience with the New Zealand Senior Women's National Team and significant accomplishments with USA Water Polo's youth teams. Todd began their coaching career as head coach at Brown University, where Todd garnered multiple awards and led the women's program to its first NCAA Championship appearance. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
