William K. Smith

William K. Smith is the CEO and Co-Founder of Renaissance Capital LLC, a leading firm specializing in providing institutional pre-IPO research and IPO Exchange Traded Funds since January 1991. Additionally, William serves as the Chairman of the Board and a Board Member for USA Water Polo since June 2016, alongside a long-standing role as Board Member and President of United States Aquatic Sports. Previous roles include Vice President and Chairman of the Finance Committee for USA Water Polo from May 2005 to November 2014, and Senior Vice President in Investment Banking at Kidder, Peabody & Co. William's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University, with further executive education from Harvard Business School.
