Amanda Rose

Assistant Coach at USA Weightlifting

Amanda Rose is the owner of Rose Gold Athletics, an Olympic lifting team based in the DMV, since June 2019. In addition to this role, Amanda has been an Assistant Coach for USA Weightlifting since 2017, organizing and coaching certification courses to train Sports Performance Coaches. Previous experience includes serving as a CrossFit Instructor at Second Wind CrossFit and Urban Athletic Club, as well as working as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor at Balance Gym. Amanda's extensive background in fitness began at The George Washington University, where personal training was a significant focus from 2011 to 2013, involving circuit training, mobility, weight loss, and strength training. Throughout Amanda's career, teaching various group fitness formats and training diverse clients has been a consistent theme, showcasing a comprehensive expertise in the fitness industry.
