Angela Steffens

Angela Steffens has over 25 years of extensive experience in sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management. Throughout a 14-year tenure at USAA, Angela held multiple director-level positions, including Executive Director of Sourcing & Procurement, where responsibilities included delivering third-party solutions across various insurance portfolios and managing a comprehensive contracting process. Angela also championed governance for the Enterprise Third Party Risk Management Program and guided teams in launching and sustaining third-party relationships and innovative technologies. Prior experience at Alcatel-Lucent included managing global commodities and logistics, while early career roles at Corning Incorporated and Dayton Tire focused on purchasing and materials management. Angela holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Purchasing and Materials Management from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Master of Business Administration in Management from Concordia University.
