Annie Richmond

Annie Richmond, CPM, CSM, has extensive experience in diverse roles within various organizations, most notably at USAA since January 2011, where positions have included Reporting Analyst I in the ITGC PMO, Manager, and Member Relationship Specialist in Property & Casualty Insurance. Prior to USAA, Annie served as Administrative Manager at The Shalom Institute Camp and Conference Center, and held the role of Membership and Administrative Manager at the American Camp Association. Furthermore, experience includes serving as Program Director at the YMCA of Orange County and Advertising Consultant at Harte-Hanks. Annie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University and studies at several other institutions, including Arizona State University.
