Cindy Zoller

Cindy Zoller currently serves as the Director of Digital Technical Product Management for the Digital Publishing team at USAA, a position held since December 2013. In this role, Cindy oversees the digital publishing processes, ensuring efficient management of digital content through a systematic inventory and workflow system. Prior to this, Cindy held various positions at USAA, including Digital Product Manager Lead and Sr. Web Content Coordinator, where responsibilities included resolving digital policy gaps and managing complex publishing tasks. Cindy's earlier career at Dell as an Online Marketing Manager involved training sales staff and promoting Dell Premier Pages to Fortune 1000 customers. Cindy holds a degree from Denver Business College.
