Colette Vardeman

Colette Vardeman is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across notable organizations. Currently serving as AVP of Enterprise Design at USAA and previously as Executive Director of Design at Symdea, Colette has also held positions such as Head of Experience Design at Rackspace and Vice President of User Experience Design at Lextant Corporation. Colette's career includes significant contributions as Director of Interactive Design at Fitch Worldwide. Colette earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising Design from Kendall College of Art and Design between August 1985 and April 1989.
