Craig Lodge

Craig Lodge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry and operational management. Currently, Craig serves as the Director of Insurance Sales & Service at USAA, a position held since September 2020. Additionally, Craig co-founded The Local Hub in April 2020. Prior to these roles, Craig worked at Saga plc from December 2012 to March 2020, where responsibilities included Head of Operational Systems Integration and Senior Operations Manager for Sales and Customer Service related to Home and Motor insurance. Earlier in his career, Craig was the Operations Manager at Direct Choice from May 2010 to December 2012.
