Darren Engh

Darren Engh serves as the Head of Executive Rewards at USAA, a position they have held since 2014. They bring extensive experience in compensation strategy from previous roles, including Vice President at Pearl Meyer and Senior Consultant at Buck Consultants. Engh began their career as an Associate at Compensation Resource Group and later took on the role of Head of Compensation at USAA from 2012 to 2014. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from the University of California, Los Angeles, and completed the Certified Director Program at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
