Elisa Clark currently serves as an Executive Assistant to the Head of Bank Financial Crimes and previously to the Head of Retail Banking at USAA since July 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the Head of Consumer Banking at Bank of the West, where Elisa was recognized in the President's Club in 2019. Elisa also worked at Nelson Companies from February 2013 to November 2017 as an Executive Assistant and Office Coordinator, earning the President's Club award in 2013 and the NOVA award for Excellence. Earlier career roles include a brief stint as a California Highway Patrol Cadet with the State of California and working as an Assistant Manager at Coach, achieving recognition as a Million Dollar Seller in 2011. Elisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from California State University-Sacramento and previously attended Napa Valley College.
