Eric J. Vollmer

Eric J. Vollmer is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in risk management and technology governance. Currently serving as the Lead Business Risk and Controls Advisor at USAA since February 2022, Eric oversees risk measurement activities and risk and control self-assessments for the Enterprise Chief Information Office. Previously, Eric held the position of Director of IT Risk Management, where responsibilities included managing technology risk programs and third-party vendor assessments. Other notable roles include Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo, Director at BNY Mellon, and Vice President at First Niagara Bank, focusing on technology risk identification and regulatory compliance.
