Erik McCaffrey

Erik McCaffrey is currently the Strategy Engagement Director at USAA, bringing a wealth of leadership experience from various roles, including Chief Operations Officer at Tac-7 USA and Operations Officer with the 75th Ranger Regiment. With a proven track record in managing teams and operations under pressure, Erik has demonstrated effectiveness in both military and corporate environments. Erik holds a Bachelor of Arts in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
