Faith Menchaca

Faith Menchaca has over 24 years of experience in claims management, currently serving as Claims Service Director at USAA since May 2014, following a role as Claims Service Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Claims Manager at Nationwide Insurance from August 1999 to May 2014. Faith Menchaca holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership obtained from Wayland Baptist University between 2017 and 2019, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the same institution, completed between 2002 and 2009.
