Helen Millward

Helen Millward, SPC, PMP, is a Senior UX Design Producer at USAA, where they leverage their expertise in UX and project management to spearhead innovative, user-centric solutions. With over three years of experience in this role, Helen has led cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. They hold a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from the US Coast Guard Academy. Previously, Helen served as a Military Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard, where they led high-impact teams and directed interagency program initiatives. They are certified as a UX Manager by the Nielsen Norman Group, as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute, and as a Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant.
