Jeff Kennedy

Jeff Kennedy serves as Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Privacy Officer at USAA since February 2023. Previously, Jeff held various executive roles at Regions Bank from January 2015 to February 2023, including IT Group Executive and Chief Information Security Officer, where responsibilities included overseeing IT infrastructure, information security, and enterprise fraud operations while enhancing customer experience and regulatory compliance. Prior to this, Jeff worked at Bank of Oklahoma as CISO and Director of Operational Risk, and at Synovus Financial Corp in multiple leadership positions, directing IT functions and enhancing organizational capabilities. Jeff holds a BBA in Accounting from Columbus State University, earned between 1988 and 1991.
