Jeff Krupp

Jeff Krupp serves as the VP of Application Development at USAA since April 2022, bringing extensive experience in technology and application development from previous roles such as Director of Application Development at Caterpillar Inc. and CIO at Realogy Holdings Corp. In addition, Krupp held key positions, including SVP of Technology at FordDirect, where responsibilities included vendor management and strategic planning, and various roles at Ford Motor Company focusing on project management and IT development. Krupp holds an MBA with a marketing focus from the University of Michigan and a BSE in Computer Engineering, along with ongoing executive education from Harvard Business School.
