Jenna Ptacek

Jenna Ptacek, MBA, MEng, CISA, is the Director of Data Analytics in Internal Audit at USAA, a position held since 2016. Prior to USAA, Jenna worked at American Express, where they held various roles including Data Analytics Audit Manager and IT Audit Manager from 2011 to 2016. Earlier in their career, Jenna gained experience at Grant Thornton as a Business Advisory Senior Associate and at KPMG as a Tax Intern. Jenna holds dual master's degrees in Business Administration and Systems Engineering from Arizona State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the same institution.
