Jennifer Reich Plummer

Jennifer Reich Plummer, CPM, has extensive experience in internal communications and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Internal Communications at USAA since March 2007. Her notable roles at USAA include Director of Operational Planning for the Office of the P&C President, Chief of Staff to the P&C President, and Program Lead for the P&C Company Transformation Change and Communications. Prior to USAA, Jennifer held the position of Marketing and Public Relations Manager at ElkCorp and worked as an Advertising Account Executive at Square One Advertising. Early in Jennifer's career, roles included Marketing Coordinator at Whataburger and a position in the College Program at Walt Disney World. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Texas A&M University, where studies were completed from 1991 to 1995.
