Jessa Allison is an experienced executive in operations and strategic planning with a long-standing career at USAA since October 2011, currently serving as the Head of Operations. Previous roles include strategic leadership as a Release Train Engineer, as well as responsibilities in project management and business strategy. Prior experience includes positions at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, specializing in high-wealth client loans, and Taylor, Bean & Whitaker, where Jessa directed a lock desk team.
