Kendall Palme

Kendall Palme has extensive experience in executive operational planning and business strategy, primarily at USAA from 2010 to 2016, with roles ranging from Business Applications Analyst to Director of Executive Operational Planning under both the Chief Administrative Office and Chief of Staff for the CEO. Key responsibilities included leading teams, supporting executive councils, interpreting business operations, managing risk routines, and developing strategic and operational plans. Prior to USAA, Kendall worked as a Senior Business Analyst in the Enterprise Security Group, a Project Manager at Inquisite, an Advertising Account Executive with Transwestern Publishing, and a Crew Leader Assistant at the United States Bureau of the Census. Kendall holds a B.S. in Journalism & Broadcasting with a concentration in Advertising and a minor in Marketing from Oklahoma State University.
