Kendall Powers

Kendall Powers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in reporting, analytics, and process improvement. Currently serving as Director of Reporting and Analytics at USAA since June 2018, Kendall also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has previously worked as a Senior Process Engineer. Prior to USAA, Kendall held various roles at Terumo BCT, including Operations Manager and Lean Six Sigma Engineer III, contributing to significant process enhancements. At 3M, Kendall led over 20 cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives and optimized production layouts, which resulted in enhanced operational efficiency. Additionally, earlier roles at BD and Columbia Sportswear Company provided foundational experience in lean engineering and industrial engineering. Kendall holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.
