Kiel Williams

Kiel Williams, PhD, is currently a Senior Business Strategy Analyst at USAA Federal Savings Bank, where they have been specializing in bank deposits forecasting and membership growth since March 2023. Prior to joining USAA, Kiel worked as a Lead Data Scientist at Øptimus Analytics and contributed to commercial market research at Dynata, focusing on machine learning infrastructure and audience activation efforts. Kiel earned a Ph.D. in theoretical physics from the University of Illinois after completing an undergraduate degree in Physics and Mathematics at Guilford College. Their academic achievements include co-authoring four peer-reviewed publications in physics and two in data science.
