Kimberley Thompson

Kimberley Thompson is an accomplished professional in sales and service strategy with extensive experience in the insurance and financial services industries. Currently serving as AVP of P&C Sales at USAA since September 2013, Kimberley leads Sales Transformation and Enablement efforts for a large contact center and manages an outbound sales function. Previous roles at USAA include AVP of Sales Experience Management and Delivery, where leadership of a team focused on delivering exceptional sales and service experiences was paramount. Prior to USAA, Kimberley held several key positions at Nationwide Insurance from April 2006 to August 2013, including Associate Vice President of Sales and Mergers and Acquisitions Leader. Early career experiences include leadership roles at Automobile Club of Southern California, Direct Response Corporation, and GEICO. Kimberley holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Chapman University.
