Leron G.

Leron G. is currently the Chief of Staff to the SVP of Enterprise Digital Technology at USAA, where they leverage their extensive background in operations and management. Previously, Leron served as the Director of Operations at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, overseeing multi-team operations supporting a loan portfolio exceeding $77 billion. Leron's experience includes roles in legislative affairs and policy advising, as well as significant work with MIT and Moody’s Analytics. Leron is an active community member in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and is pursuing education at the University of Alabama.
