Linda Lott

Linda Lott is an experienced professional with a strong background in risk management and business operations. Currently serving as the Director of CEO Member Relations at USAA since June 2016, Linda has held multiple roles within the organization, including Lead Risk Analyst and Business Risk and Controls Advisor. Prior to USAA, Linda worked at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in various capacities including Business Initiative Consultant and Business Process Analyst, where responsibilities included strategic consulting and process improvement. Linda's earlier roles include underwriting at Wachovia and managerial positions at World Savings, with foundational experience as a Sales Trainer at Citi and a Business Relationship Advisor at AT&T. Linda holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word.
