Merrill Madsen

Merrill Madsen is a Staff Architect specializing in Generative Artificial Intelligence at USAA, where they focus on data analytics and partner with various technical and business teams. Merrill's career at USAA began with roles in mainframe storage management and progressed through several positions, including Lead Data Engineer, where they implemented operational predictive analytics. Prior to USAA, Merrill gained leadership experience in catering and volunteered as a board member for the BYU Alumni San Antonio chapter. Merrill holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Brigham Young University.
