Noam Lazarus

Noam Lazarus is a seasoned Information Technology leader currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at USAA, where they oversee enterprise content management, financial management, and agile development. With over 20 years of experience, Noam has held various positions including Network Operations Center Manager in the United States Air Force, where they managed a contractor team supporting network operations and information security. They have also worked as a Senior Operations Engineer and I/T Technical Manager, leading teams that developed and supported critical IT infrastructure and business applications. Noam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word and completed an Executive Education program in Organizational Leadership at the Texas McCombs School of Business.
