Noel Latsha serves as the Director of Information Security - Platform Security at USAA since November 2013, leading the IAM Platform Security Engineering team and overseeing strategic goals in Information Security. With a robust background in security infrastructure and product management, Noel has held multiple roles at USAA, including Director of Information Security and Senior Manager, and has contributed to innovations in Identity and Access Management, holding two patents as a lead inventor. Prior experience includes senior test engineering roles at Jacobs Technology and MacAulay Brown, as well as network security positions at MTC Technologies and MeriTec Services, with early career experience in the USAF in network operations and security. Noel obtained a Master’s degree in Information Security and Assurance and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University.
