Previously, Parker held director-level positions focusing on Enterprise ICFR governance and oversight, ensuring compliance with regulations under the FDIC Improvement Act and Model Audit Rule (MAR). Experience includes managing technology risk at EY, leading global teams for SOC reporting, and overseeing tax governance at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Parker's career began at KPMG Advisory, executing IT advisory engagements across various industries. Parker holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
