Pearl Garza

Pearl Garza has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as President-Elect and Director for District 5 at the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas since July 2020. Pearl has held the position of Senior Litigation Manager at USAA since June 2013, specializing in Labor & Employment Counsel within the Chief Legal Office. Prior roles include Litigation Manager in the same department and Employment Law Paralegal for iHeartMedia from May 2007 to June 2013. Pearl also served as Past President of the San Antonio Paralegal Association from July 2019 to June 2020. Educational qualifications include a Paralegal Certificate and studies at the University of the Incarnate Word, Baylor University, and Palo Alto College.
