Randy Kersey

Randy Kersey possesses extensive experience in leadership and program management within both military and corporate environments. Currently serving as Director Development Product Owner/Program Management at USAA since 2012, Randy leads teams focused on delivering digital communications and facilitating agile transformations across multiple directorates. Previous roles at USAA include Director of Development Product Owners for Digital Enablement and Member Operational Communications, as well as Director of Operational Excellence, where Randy provided strategic advisory services on organizational design and effectiveness. Prior military experience includes serving as Director of Intelligence at U.S. Strategic Command, overseeing critical intelligence and targeting operations. Randy’s educational background includes a Master of Arts in International Relations from Creighton University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy, supplemented by attendance at the Air War College.
