Currently serving as Executive Director of Brand Marketing & Creative Operations at USAA since May 2016, Ruby has held multiple leadership positions including Head of Brand & Creative Strategy and Research. Ruby's expertise spans various roles at organizations such as Campbell Ewald and Bromley Communications, where Ruby contributed to account planning and strategic development. Ruby began a career in the marketing field after earning a BA in Mass Communication from Texas State University, complemented by early education at Penn State University.
