Samantha Block is an experienced professional in the field of Learning and Development, currently serving as the Business Risk and Controls Advisor Lead at USAA since August 2008. Samantha has held several key positions at USAA, where responsibilities included leading a team of Learning Performance Consultants, collaborating with management to assess and enhance employee performance, and implementing strategies to address performance issues. Prior to USAA, Samantha managed store operations and trained staff at Anchor Blue Retail Group. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Public Administration from Texas State University and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Wayland Baptist University.
