Sandhya Banda

Sandhya Banda is an accomplished data engineer and quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the IT field. Currently serving as a Sr Team Lead Data Engineer at USAA since December 2021, Sandhya previously held the position of Sr Lead QA Automation Engineer at American Airlines from August 2015 to December 2021. During this tenure, duties included static testing, defect documentation, and deploying fixes for the WebCSManifest product. Sandhya also developed over 1500 UI automation tests using Selenium Web Driver and maintained automation scripts in VB Script. Prior to American Airlines, experience includes a role as Development QA Analyst at US Airways, where responsibilities involved analyzing system requirements and conducting various testing efforts, and as a Tester, QA at Desert Financial Credit Union, focusing on quality assurance testing and the development of test plans. Sandhya holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) and a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from Kakatiya University.
