Sara Saadi

Sara Saadi is an Executive Director of Business Risk and Controls at USAA, bringing over 19 years of experience in risk management, analytics, and program management. Throughout their career, they have successfully led initiatives such as the establishment of the Key Risk Indicator (KRI) Program and the automation of risk reporting processes. Previously, Sara held various positions at USAA, including Senior Risk Analyst and Risk Management Advisor, where they focused on operational risk management and compliance. Currently, Sara is pursuing a Master of Science in Accounting at The University of Texas at San Antonio, alongside a Bachelor's degree and a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence from MIT.
