Tami Cabaniss

Tami Cabaniss currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at USAA since June 2024. Prior to this role, Tami held several significant positions at PayPal from October 2015 to June 2024, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of People. Tami's extensive experience also includes various Vice President roles in Human Resources at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from January 2012 to October 2015, as well as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Fox Interactive Media from December 2007 to December 2011. Earlier career highlights include serving as Senior Director of Global Human Resources at Powerwave Technologies and Director of the Human Resources Consulting Group at Ingram Micro from 1997 to 2005. Tami holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.
