Tiffany Hardiman

Tiffany Hardiman is a dedicated risk management leader with extensive experience in process and vendor management. As the owner of Gem Creative Designs since 2010, Tiffany has successfully expanded the business across the United States and received multiple awards for customer service excellence. Prior to that, Tiffany held various leadership roles at Macy's and USAA, including leading large teams in fraud management and sales operations. Currently, Tiffany is pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership at the University of Phoenix while studying Fine/Studio Arts at Arizona State University.
