Yumi Moreno possesses extensive experience in operational analysis and process improvement, having held roles at USAA from December 2013 to April 2015, including Mgr MX Prfrmnc Optmztn, where leadership of an integrated Speech, Text and Quantitative analysis team was demonstrated to enhance operational efficiencies. Additional positions at USAA included Lead IT Analyst and Sr Business Analyst, focusing on the application of voice and text analytics to improve operational ROI. Yumi also served as Mgr Decision Science Analytics, overseeing a team that delivered end-to-end insights for operational enhancements, and worked as a Contact Center Analyst specializing in Workforce Management. Prior experience includes a role in Workforce Management at MemberWorks from 2001 to 2002.
