Mat Miller

Mat Miller currently serves as the Telecom Quality Assurance Analyst Lead at Progressive Insurance since March 2023. Previously, Mat held the position of Senior Technical Support Engineer at NICE Ltd from December 2021 to March 2023. Mat's extensive career includes over 16 years at JPMorgan Chase, culminating as the VP Product Engineering Lead, focusing on Unified Communications and cloud-based voice recording. Other roles include UC Engineer and various positions in product and voicemail engineering. Mat's earlier experience includes being a Customer Systems Engineer at Avaya and a Telecommunications Technician at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, as well as serving in the United States Air Force as an Electronic Computer and Switching Technician. Mat earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Purdue University-Fort Wayne.
