Greg Poulakos

Greg Poulakos has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Greg currently holds the position of Executive Vice President, Market Solutions at USAble Life, where they are responsible for P&L leadership and the overall management of USAble's portfolio of products. Prior to this, Greg served as the President of P&W Advisory LLC, a Senior Advisor at owl.co (an insure tech company), and a Senior Advisor at HealthScape Advisors (a management consulting firm in the healthcare industry). Greg also had a sabbatical period in between their roles. Before that, Greg held various leadership positions at Anthem, Inc., including President of Disability/Absence, Life, Supplemental Health, and Workers' Compensation. Greg also served as the President of Disability/Absence, Life & Supplemental Health at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Additionally, Greg worked at Lincoln Financial Group as the VP of Underwriting and as the VP of National Account Business Development & Strategy. Greg began their career at UnitedHealthcare, where they held multiple roles, including SVP of Financial Protection and Voluntary Business. Greg's earlier experience includes positions at OptumHealth and The Hartford - Group Reinsurance Plus.

Greg Poulakos earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Auburn University Harbert College of Business between 1990 and 1995. In 2009, they attended The Wharton School and completed the Executive Development Program. Greg also participated in the Executive Leadership Development Program and the Executive Leadership Program at The Wharton School in the same year. Prior to their college education, Greg Poulakos attended Riverwood High School from 1986 to 1990.
