Latoya Bennett

LaToya Bennett, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at USAble Life since April 2023, LaToya has previously held roles such as People Business Partner of Operations at Brightside and Human Resources Business Partner at the City of Pearland, Texas, where responsibilities included leading HR programs and mediating employee disputes. LaToya's earlier roles include Senior Human Resources Generalist of Client Relations at the City of Houston and Human Resource Manager at G4S, showcasing expertise in policy development, recruiting, and performance management.
