Matt Paulus

Matt Paulus has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Matt began their career in the U.S. Navy as a Lieutenant Junior Grade, where they led the communications team during a Persian Gulf deployment. Matt then transitioned to management consulting, working at Booz Allen Hamilton. During their time there, they held roles at different levels, including Associate, Senior Consultant, and Consultant, specializing in processes analysis/improvement and organizational change/transformation. Matt later moved to Life & Specialty Ventures, a subsidiary of Blue Cross Blue Shield companies, where they served as a Director and later as a Senior Director in marketing and operations. In these roles, they played a key role in driving alignment within the executive team, developing new structures for board reporting and strategic meetings.

Matt Paulus completed their Bachelor of Science degree in History at Vanderbilt University from 1998 to 2002. Later, they pursued further education and obtained their MBA with a specialization in Finance & Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business from 2009 to 2011.
