Renata Arêdes

Renata Arêdes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Renata started their career in 2006 as an Account Manager and Leader of Committees at Amcham-Brasil, where they worked until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, Renata served as a Product Coordinator at EBM Incorporações S/A. In 2012, they joined Grupo Saga as a People and Management Manager, holding the position until 2019. During this time, they gained experience in HR management and oversaw various HR projects. Renata then worked as an HR Consultant at Agrega Consultoria from 2019 to 2023, where they specialized in the implementation of HR subsystems, recruitment and selection, training and development, and internal communication. Their most notable project involved creating job descriptions for 36 marketing and IT roles. Currently, Renata works as an HR Manager at Usadosbr, a role they assumed in October 2021.

Renata Arêdes began their education journey by earning a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás, from 2006 to 2010. After several years, they pursued further education and completed a Postgraduate degree in Competency-based People Management, Indicators, and Coaching at IPOG - Instituto de Pós-Graduação e Graduação, from 2016 to 2018, specializing in Human Resources Management.
