Victor Hugo Nunes has worked in the software engineering field since 2008. In 2008, they worked as a Junior Java Developer at FUNDETEC, where they maintained a larger system of the state government. In the same year, they also worked as a Software Developer at Sadia, where they used PHP and C# to integrate with some factories machine to generate analysis reports. In 2009, they worked as a PHP Web Developer at VSP TECNOLOGIA E EMPREENDIMENTOS, where they were responsible for developing software to the Asterisk. From 2010 to 2018, they worked as a Senior .NET Developer at Amaggi, an agriculture business company. During this time, they were responsible for building applications to support warehouses and factory supplies. In 2018, they worked as a Lead Software Engineer at Paikka, where they were responsible for coordinating teams, projects, developing, and testing software. Lastly, since 2021, they have been working as Head of Software Engineering and Software Architect Manager at Usadosbr.

Victor Hugo Nunes studied General English at ILAC from 2015 to 2015. Victor Hugo then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Centro Universitário Cândido Rondon from 2008 to 2011.
